Participation in Ingenia’s RCS messaging program is entirely optional. Providing your phone number or accepting our general Terms of Service does not opt you into this program. Opt-in must be explicit.

Program Description

The Ingenia RCS Notifications program delivers:
• Product updates and feature announcements
• Account alerts and service-related information
• Support-related conversational messages
• Optional promotional or informational messages

All communications are delivered through Rich Communication Services (RCS) to the mobile number you provide at the time of explicit opt-in.

Message Delivery and Frequency

Messages are delivered exclusively via RCS.
Message frequency varies depending on your account activity, service status, and the types of updates you choose to receive.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Ingenia does not control or assume responsibility for charges imposed by your carrier.

Opt-In and Opt-Out

Participation is voluntary.

By scanning an opt-in QR code, tapping an opt-in button, or otherwise providing explicit consent, you agree to receive RCS messages from Ingenia.

You may opt out at any time:
• Reply STOP to any RCS message to unsubscribe.
After opting out, you will no longer receive RCS notifications unless you opt in again.

For assistance, reply HELP to any RCS message.

Privacy

Ingenia uses your phone number and message interaction data solely to deliver RCS notifications, improve message relevance, and ensure performance.
